How does the onboarding process look like?
Onboarding is a simple three-step process:
- Step 1: Meet the team
- Step 2: Sign in to our teamwork portal
- Step 3: Share the required access and data files
We set up weekly check-in calls for the first two months to help with the knowledge transfer and stabilize all the accounting processes.
From here onwards, we take responsibility for all the deadlines, including payroll, HST, etc., and you don’t need to worry about them anymore. We don’t expect any business interruptions during this phase.
